
Seaweed is a remarkable plant that lives in the ocean. It's becoming popular because it's good for us and the Earth. Seaweed is a superfood, packed with things we need like vitamins, minerals, and proteins. It even has special healthy fats called omega-3s. Plus, seaweed grows without needing any fertilizers, pesticides, or fresh water, which is great for keeping the environment clean. Even though seaweed is awesome, not many people eat it...yet.
