Seaweed is a remarkable plant that lives in the ocean. It's becoming popular because it's good for us and the Earth. Seaweed is a superfood, packed with things we need like vitamins, minerals, and proteins. It even has special healthy fats called omega-3s. Plus, seaweed grows without needing any fertilizers, pesticides, or fresh water, which is great for keeping the environment clean. Even though seaweed is awesome, not many people eat it...yet.

Join us to explore how we might change this!
