DESCRIPTION:When is the last time you thought about your body and what it can do? Have you ever tried to draw your favourite body part and show it to someone else? Join us for a fun, exploratory and gratitude focused drawing workshop that asks you to celebrate the parts of your body that you love. We will think about the things that disconnect us from our bodies and consider what psychology can teach us about the importance of maintaining a good relationship with how we think about what our bodies can and cannot do.
